1. Definitions:

  • You - The customer registering a new booking/case with the Company.
  • Company - All Types of Air Conditioner Repair and Maintenance.
  • Booking/Complaints - Requests for technician services via the Company's website.
  • Agreed Time - The scheduled date and time for services.
  • Professionals/Service Provider - Registered technicians or repair professionals.

2. Services:

  • The Company provides technology-based AK HI-TECH COOL SERVICE in Mumbai. Services are rendered by third-party technicians/service providers.
  • The Company forwards customer requests to service providers, who are assigned based on availability. Communication details are shared between both parties for coordination.
  • Once a service provider accepts a booking, customer information (name, contact number, etc.) is shared with them.
  • The Company endeavors to connect customers with service providers but is not liable for their availability.
  • The Company does not own or employ service providers. The agreement for services exists between the customer and the service provider, not the Company.
  • The Company is not responsible if the service provider fails to arrive or refuses service. Customers are not obligated to pay if no service is rendered.
  • Customers must provide accurate information while booking. The Company reserves the right to verify details.
  • Customers must treat service providers respectfully and avoid unlawful behavior.
  • Customers should verify the credibility of service providers before handing over products. The Company is not liable for theft, damage, or defective service.
  • Customers should confirm service details, including time and costs, before service initiation.
  • The Company is not responsible for service quality, behavior, or efficiency of service providers.

3. Charges and Payment:

  • Payment must be made directly to the service provider via cash, cheque, online payment, or any other approved method.
  • Minimum service charges and repair costs apply. These are listed on the Company website and are subject to updates.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Acknowledgment receipts are provided via registered email upon service completion.

4. Indemnification:

  • By agreeing to these Terms, customers agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, losses, or legal proceedings resulting from:
  • Violation of terms or laws.
  • Harm caused to third parties, including service providers.
  • Misuse of the Company's website or services.

5. Liability:

  • Website content is for general information only. The Company does not guarantee accuracy or freedom from errors, viruses, or defects.
  • The Company is not liable for issues arising from electronic communication.
  • The Company is not responsible for service quality, behavior, or negligence of service providers. Complaints should be directed to the service provider.
